RETURN & REFUND POLICY
General
1. Return Policy
We grant a period of 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products to be returned or exchanged, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy. In case you return eligible products within the said period, you will be reimbursed with the amount paid for such products, subject to successful quality verification. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Nappies
- Baby wipes
- Used baby clothing
- Washed products
- Products without original tags
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering
- Products returned in incomplete condition
3. Return Period
The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after the expiry of the return period shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange of products may be permitted under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Size-related exchange requests (subject to stock availability)
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Sri Deepam Little Wear.
5. Conditions for Return
5.1 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support channels.
To process such requests, you may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Description of the issue
5.2 Product Condition
Products being returned must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Contain all original tags
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include any accessories, promotional items, or invoices received with the order
Products returned without the above requirements may be rejected.
5.3 Packaging Requirements
Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Sri Deepam Little Wear shall not be responsible for products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
6. Right to Reject Returns
Your right to return or exchange products applies only to products returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
No refund, replacement, or exchange shall be provided if:
- The product has been used or washed
- The product is returned without tags or packaging
- The product has been altered or damaged after delivery
- The return request does not satisfy the conditions specified in this Policy
7. Quality Verification
Before accepting a return, the returned product may be inspected and verified based on factors including but not limited to:
- Product category
- Product design and specifications
- Product condition
- Original tags and packaging
- Order details and invoice verification
Upon successful verification, the return request shall be approved and the refund or exchange process shall be initiated.
8. Return of Defective or Incorrect Products
8.1 Reporting
Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
8.2 Verification
Upon receipt of the return request, we shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint.
8.3 Pickup and Processing
Where applicable, we may arrange pickup through our logistics partners. In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by our support team.
8.4 Approval
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund or replacement process shall commence.
9. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges shall be handled as follows:
9.1 Seller-Paid Return Shipping
Sri Deepam Little Wear shall bear the return shipping cost where:
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product contains a manufacturing defect
9.2 Customer-Paid Return Shipping
The customer shall bear return shipping costs where:
- Return is requested due to size issues
- Return is requested due to change of preference
- Exchange is requested for reasons other than seller error
10. Cancellation of Return Request
A return request once submitted may be cancelled by contacting our customer support team before the return process is completed.
If pickup has already been scheduled, cancellation may not be possible after the product has been handed over to the logistics partner.
11. Refusal of Return Request
We reserve the right to refuse or reject any return request if:
- The request falls outside the return eligibility period
- The product is non-returnable
- The product fails quality verification
- The customer provides incomplete or misleading information
Our decision regarding return eligibility shall be final and binding.
12. Frivolous or Fraudulent Claims
In the event of repeated frivolous, false, or fraudulent return claims, Sri Deepam Little Wear reserves the right to:
- Reject future return requests
- Suspend customer accounts
- Refuse future orders
- Take appropriate legal action where necessary
13. Order Cancellation Policy
13.1 Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched for delivery.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
13.2 Cancellation by Sri Deepam Little Wear
We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Payment failure
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect customer information
- Delivery address issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors
- Pricing errors
- Bulk orders intended for resale
Customers shall be notified via email or phone in case of such cancellations.
14. Availability of Products
All orders are subject to product availability.
In cases where a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the amount paid.
15. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations and approved returns.
Refunds may be processed in the following situations:

Sri Deepam Little Wear shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment systems.
17. Mode of Refund
Refunds shall be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Where the original payment method is unavailable or the refund transaction fails, additional information may be requested from the customer to facilitate refund processing in accordance with applicable laws and payment gateway procedures.
